Fit for the Holidays - 8 Week Guide

My goal in creating this 8 week guide is to help you feel empowered to either get in or stay in a fitness routine. You have the power to get into shape and feel stronger with just 4 workouts a week.
Details:
-4 workouts per week, 3 are traditional strength workouts and 1 is a barre/pilates workout (do not need a barre)
Equipment needed:
-medium set of dumbbells, yoga mat, 2-3lb weights for barre workout
medium set of dumbells will be used the most. beginners may want to start with 5lbs and build up to 8lbs, intermediate 8lbs and build to 10lbs, advanced 12lbs and build to 15lbs!
-The best part about these workouts is you only need a set of dumbbells and can do them anywhere.
The guide includes very detailed instructions and leaves no room for confusion! This is for all levels, beginners to advanced and pregnant women as well.
You will receive 4 workouts a week with write ups of all exercises. I have also provided demonstration videos of every exercise.
Pregnancy modifications are also included for all workouts with videos for modifications.
I have also included tips and tricks for daily wellness.
