12 Week Guide
I am thrilled you are considering purchasing this 12-week guide to help you stay fit this spring. This is my third guide so if you purchased one of the first two and are back for more, thank you for all the support!!
If it’s your first one, I am SO glad you are here. The goal of my workout guides are to deliver short, doable, and effective workouts. All workouts are around 20 minutes and only require a set of dumbbells! These can be done ANYWHERE. The purpose of using minimal equipment and keeping the workouts relatively short is to help you stay consistent.
Consistency in your fitness routine is what makes ALL the difference.
